The restaurant/bar caters to cruise ship crews from the nearby terminal, so it's always a fiesta for the afternoon until they go back to work. If you stay in the hotel you also get 50% off (whey you pay cash). The food and service is very good. The rooms aren't particularly nice - we had two adults and two kids, and we had to ask each day for more than two towels. Front desk service is minimal. The clerk wouldn't help us call collect to our Canadian travel insurance company. If not for the location I would give the hotel 3 stars and possibly lower, but I've certainly heard worse stories from much better properties. Wifi is spotty in the building, but it's good at the restaurant and in the hotel entrance. Snorkeling off the stairs to the ocean was better than many beach clubs in the area. Parking at the large supermarket across the street was no problem, and street parking is available nearby as well. As value travellers, we would stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights. It's a great base of operations for running around Cozumel. The pool area outside is fine. It caters to cruise ship personnel so it's usually pretty lively during the day the no-name restaurant that serves food there is good you get a 50% discount if you were staying at the hotel. There's a dive shop on premises, which is great. You can run a mask and snorkel plan a scuba trip guy that works there is awesome super helpful. There's a giant grocery store across the street which is perfect for stocking up on food and alcohol. They do have hard liquor there too. Location is excellent. You can walk from the ferry and then walking around town is super easy from there.

Didn't stay at the hotel. Had drinks at the bar that were reasonably priced. Close to the cruise port and free Wi-Fi.
